Bederu Hanson is a seasoned personal development expert, life coach, and dynamic keynote conference speaker with over a decade of impactful experience. Having trained more than 5,000 individuals and partnered with over 50 organizations, he is dedicated to empowering people and institutions to live fulfilling, successful lives and build effective teams that consistently achieve their goals.

He firmly believes that true success begins with self-discovery, self-development, and self-deployment. His core strategy revolves around cultivating self-awareness to help individuals make well-informed decisions in all areas of life, whether launching a business, advancing a career, nurturing relationships, or leading teams.

As an accomplished author of over 10 books and a sought-after speaker at more than 50 conferences, Bederu has also been a regular panelist on the ADOATV Family Life Show, where he shares practical insights on personal growth and development.

Currently, Bederu is the Founder and CEO of HBH Success Consult, a consultancy dedicated to guiding clients towards their highest potential. His previous leadership roles include serving as Administrative Manager at the Chamber of Agribusiness Ghana and Farm Masters Africa Group, as well as Manager at CDB Limited.

Bederu holds a BSc in Renewable Natural Resources from the University for Development Studies, Ghana. He is happily married and a proud father of two.
